Testing Services

We understand that sometimes you will not make it on time to your testing appointment. We will strive to accommodate you and in most cases a grace period of fifteen (15) minutes will be taken into consideration for your appointment.

However, we cannot guarantee that you will be admitted if you are late and you may need to reschedule your appointment. There might be additional fees involved depending on your test provider.

Registerblast adds a one-time  ($7) surcharge to our proctoring fees for the first testing appointment booked online. Any subsequent appointment will not incur this fee for a whole calendar year! This fee is not refundable and to take advantage of it, booking under the same first name, last name and email address is required. 

You will need to bring an acceptable and non-expired form of a government-issued photo identification with signature.

Some test providers or sponsors may require a secondary photo identification with signature, registration documentation or admission ticket.

• Cellular phones and electronic devices will be required to be turned off during check-in procedures. Airplane mode, or silent mode will result in disruptions of your exam with potential loss of exam time.
• Bring your ID(s), forms of payment and necessary documentation related to your exam.
• No food, water, liquids, backpacks, personal belongings or electronics of any kind allowed in the computer room.
• Only the candidate can be admitted into the office and computer lab. No family members, acquaintances, or guests may be present in the office premises or admitted into the computer lab.
• Unaccompanied minors will not be allowed in testing waiting areas as well as the testing lab during testing.
• You may have access to water, medication or items needed for medical reasons only. A staff member will advise you on how to do so.
• Depending on your exam sponsor, jackets, hoodies, or sweaters may not be permitted while testing. Our testing lab can be cold at times, please dress accordingly. 

FGCU Testing Services has a strict no-refund policy. If you feel that a refund is warranted, please email us with your request; emails received are handled on a case-by-case basis but do not guarantee any refunds will be issued.
