This 2-3 hour course prepares business leaders and executives for the opportunities and risks that AI brings, particularly in the context of generative AI. How to develop ownership mindsets: This 2-3 hour workshop introduces learning about the concepts and importance of organizational culture, recognizing organizational norms and practices, and identifying mismatches is what is practiced and preached. Further, the course teaches how companies can build a culture of accountability through the development of an employee ownership mindset.

How to Be a Leader-Coach

This 2-3 hour workshop will teach the participant techniques and skills used in successful coaching and mentoring of employees to improve and enhance everyone’s role as a business partner in the organization. It will include the concept of performance management - a process for establishing a shared understanding about what is to be achieved, how it is to be achieved, and an approach to managing people that increases the probability of achieving success.
