Where is it located?

Biscayne Hall, conveniently located near the bus stop, SoVi Green, SoVi Dining and
all SoVi classrooms .

What will participants do?

The Entrepreneurship LLC is aimed at helping students of all majors who want to develop
an entrepreneurial mindset.
Participants will become connected with strong mentors and leaders in the entrepreneurship community and will work closely with faculty and staff.

What classes do participants take?

Intro to Entrepreneurship and the common Entrepreneurship course in the Fall and the
common Entrepreneurship course in the Spring.
- Tuesdays 9 to 11AM
- Thursdays 9 to 10AM
Intro to Entrepreneurship counts as a General Education Requirement and towards the
major or the minor requirements for Entrepreneurship.

What is the Runway Program?

Students in the Entrepreneurship LLC are awarded an automatic bid into the Runway
Program Incubator upon completion of their first year in the LLC program.

Faculty and Staff Participation

One of the most unique parts of this community is your direct connection with faculty and staff.
You will also have a peer mentor that will serve as a guide and resource for you throughout
the year in addition to your Resident Assistant and other community members.
This program is designed to help you be successful in your first year while providing
you connections and opportunities immediately within your major or minor in ENT.

Can I select my roommate?

If you have a roommate that is going to be in the Entrepreneurship LLC as well you can preference them, but you are unable to select someone that will not
be in the community.

What if I don’t like it?

When you agree to be a part of this community, you are agreeing to see it through for the entire academic year.
Our Housing staff are here to assist you with any concerns you may have, but we are
confident that this program will be a great asset to your first year if you see it
through.

Can I still be part of the FYRE program?

All first year students are part of our FYRE Program so there will still be aspects
of FYRE brought into your community and we highly encourage you to take part in events such a Spooktacular, Center for
Academic Achievement Workshops and Nights on FYRE.

I'm interested in participating, what do I do now?

In order to apply, you will need access to your FGCU Eagle Mail account.
- If you haven't activated it yet, go to the FGCU.edu homepage, in the top right corner click EMAIL, on that link you will see a link to
“Activate Your Student Account”
You will also need to apply for student housing through the Housing Portal on Gulfline.
Once you have access to Eagle Mail and have signed up for housing, you are ready to
apply.
Apply early because space is limited!
